BUFFALO has been developed according to the concepts of strength and safety during the use. It's equipped with idler at 1000 rpm, front protection chains and double the counter. The structure and transmission of particularly robust model BUFFALO allow pairings with tractors of high power: it is therefore suitable for use in the front position in combination with other equipment retroportate (eg: Side forage harvester, combine seed).
Internal lower counter blades ensure that the discharged material is mulched into fine pieces. The upper counter blade kits are available as an optional extra for a finer mulching of harder, coarser materials.
The anti wear plate improves the longevity of the machine by making it safe from impacts of rocks and other debris.
The entire flail mower range utilises toothed transmission drive belts to transfer power to the rotor. The toothed drive belts allow slip proof engagement, preventing power reduction of the transmission due to heavy loads or general wear.
The special design of the support prevents damage to the rotor blade. When the knife hits stones or other foreign bodies it bounces back, reducing impact.
